Product Description

AYMES ActaCal Creme is a Food for Special Medical Purposes. It is a semi-solid product based on cows' milk protein with added carbohydrate, fat, vitamins and minerals, which provides a nutritionally balanced ready-to-eat, dessert-style ONS.

Designed for the dietary management of patients with or at risk of disease-related malnutrition. Each 125g pot provides 188 kcal with 7.5g of high-quality protein. The creamy dessert-style format provides excellent palatability and compliance.

Indications for Use

ACBS approved for the following indications:

• Intractable malabsorption
• Pre-operative preparation of undernourished patients

Suggested Intake

1-2 servings a day unless otherwise indicated by the clinician or dietitian.

Directions for Use

AYMES ActaCal Creme is ready to eat and is best served at room temperature or slightly chilled.

• Remove lid from pot
• Use a spoon to consume directly

Or:

• Pull back foil and decant into a bowl to serve

Storage Instructions

• Unopened: Store in a cool, dry place (below 25°C)
• Opened: Once opened, consume immediately or reseal cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours
