Orders
How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website at nutri-sip.com, add the products you need to your basket, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely by credit or debit card. No account is required to place an order, though creating one makes it easier to track orders and reorder regularly.

Can I order without a prescription?

Yes. The vast majority of our products — including nutritional drinks, specialist supplements, infant formula and metabolic products — are available to purchase directly without a prescription.

Some products are available on NHS prescription and may be free or subsidised for eligible patients. If your GP or dietitian has prescribed a product, you can also obtain it via your NHS prescription.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No — there is no minimum order. You can order as few as a single product. However, many customers choose to order in bulk (such as a full case of 27 or 30 cartons) as this is often more economical and reduces the frequency of reordering.

Free shipping is available on all orders over £89. Orders under £89 are subject to a standard delivery charge.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process and dispatch orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Call us on 01623 572757 or email sales@nutri-sip.com and we'll do our best to help.

If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to amend it. In this case, you may be able to return the items in line with our returns policy.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Use this to track your delivery in real time via the courier's website.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 working days of placing your order, please check your junk/spam folder and then contact us if it is not there.

Do you offer a repeat ordering or subscription service?

Many of our customers are on long-term nutritional support and need regular supplies. If you create an account on the website, you can easily view your order history and reorder your usual products with a single click.

Delivery
How much does delivery cost?

Free shipping is available on all orders over £89. For orders under £89 a standard delivery charge applies, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

How long will my delivery take?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of receipt. Standard delivery to most UK mainland addresses takes 2–3 working days from dispatch. Express delivery options may be available at checkout.

Orders placed before 2pm on working days are more likely to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, Scotland, and the Scottish Highlands?

Yes, we deliver throughout the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland, Scotland, the Scottish Highlands and islands. Please note that delivery to remote areas and islands may take an additional 1–2 working days and may be subject to a different delivery charge.

My order says delivered but I haven't received it — what should I do?

Please first check with neighbours in case the parcel was left with them, and check any outbuildings, porch or safe places the courier may have used.

If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the courier. We will always compare against any delivery confirmation images taken by the courier before investigating further.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We're sorry if your order has arrived in unsatisfactory condition. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product(s)
  • Photographs of the outer packaging

We will review this alongside courier delivery records and advise on the next steps, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Products
How do I know which nutritional drink is right for me?

The right product depends on your specific nutritional needs, any underlying medical conditions, your appetite and your personal taste preferences. If you have a recommendation from a GP or dietitian, follow their guidance first.

If you're purchasing independently and are unsure, our pharmacist team is happy to advise. You can also try a starter pack or mixed flavour selection before committing to a larger order.

Do your products have a long shelf life?

Yes — most nutritional supplement drinks have a shelf life of 12–18 months from manufacture. We always dispatch products with a minimum of 3 months remaining shelf life, and usually significantly more.

Once opened, products should be consumed immediately or refrigerated and used within 24 hours, as per the manufacturer's instructions.

Are your products suitable for people with diabetes?

Some nutritional drinks are specifically formulated for people with diabetes, including Glucerna and certain Fresubin Diabetes products. These are designed with a lower glycaemic index to help manage blood glucose responses.

Standard nutritional drinks contain carbohydrates and will affect blood sugar levels. If you have diabetes, please consult your GP or dietitian before starting any nutritional supplement, and always monitor your blood glucose as advised.

Are your products suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

Many of our products are suitable for vegetarians. Vegan suitability varies — some products contain milk-derived proteins or other animal-derived ingredients. Juice-style drinks (such as Actagain Juce) are often suitable for vegans.

Do you stock products for children?

Yes. We stock a range of paediatric nutritional products including children's nutritional drinks, paediatric tube feeds, infant formula and specialist baby formula. Brands stocked include Paediasure, Frebini Energy Drink, SMA, Cow & Gate, Nutramigen and Neocate.

Please note that specialist infant and paediatric nutritional products should always be used under the supervision of a paediatric dietitian or GP.

Do you stock products for PKU and other metabolic conditions?

Yes — NutriSip has one of the most comprehensive metabolic nutrition ranges available from a UK online pharmacy. We stock products for PKU, MSUD, Tyrosinemia, Homocystinuria, MMA/PA, Glutaric Acidemia, Urea Cycle Disorders and other metabolic conditions.

We also stock low-protein foods from Loprofin, Juvela and Mevalia for patients who need to restrict natural protein intake.

Prescriptions
Can I use my NHS prescription with NutriSip?

Yes. As a GPhC-registered pharmacy (Reg. No. 9012620), we are able to dispense NHS prescriptions for eligible nutritional products. Please contact us directly on 01623 572757 to discuss how to arrange this.

My GP has prescribed a nutritional product — can I buy it from NutriSip instead of waiting for an NHS prescription?

Yes, absolutely. Many patients choose to purchase their prescribed nutritional products privately from NutriSip rather than waiting for NHS prescription processing, or to top up their prescribed supply. Simply order the product directly through our website — no prescription is needed for most products.

Which products are available on NHS prescription?

Many oral nutritional supplements (ONS) and specialist nutritional products are available on NHS prescription under ACBS (Advisory Committee on Borderline Substances) guidelines for patients who meet the clinical criteria. This includes most major ONS brands, metabolic disorder products, tube feeds and specialist infant formula.

Your GP or dietitian will advise whether you qualify for NHS prescription based on your clinical needs.

Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?

We accept returns of unopened, undamaged products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery, provided the product has not been opened and has sufficient remaining shelf life.

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food or nutritional products, or products that have been refrigerated after delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back.

I ordered the wrong product — can I exchange it?

If the product is unopened, in its original packaging and within 14 days of delivery, please contact us and we'll do our best to arrange an exchange. Return postage costs for incorrectly ordered items are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a further 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Is NutriSip a registered pharmacy?

Yes. NutriSip is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy. Our registration number is 9012620, which can be verified on the GPhC website at pharmacyregulation.org.

Where are you based?

We are based in the UK at 28 First Floor, Maisies Way, South Normanton, Derbyshire, DE55 2DS. We are an online-only pharmacy — we do not have a walk-in retail premises.

Is my personal and payment information safe?

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption throughout, and all payments are processed via a fully PCI-compliant secure checkout. We do not store your card details.

Your Account
Do I need to create an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating a free account allows you to track your orders, view order history, save your delivery address and reorder your usual products much more quickly.

I've forgotten my password — how do I reset it?

On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link by email within a few minutes. If you don't receive it, please check your junk/spam folder.

How do I update my delivery address or contact details?

Log in to your account, navigate to "Account Details" or "Addresses" and update your information there. Changes will apply to future orders — they will not affect any orders already placed.
