Why Dialysis Patients Need Water Soluble Vitamins

Patients with chronic renal failure frequently suffer from lack of water soluble vitamins. Dialysis patients may require regular supplementation because:

Large quantities of water-soluble vitamins are lost during dialysis
Vitamin requirements increased due to metabolic stress
Impaired taste sensation and appetite affects dietary intake

    Vitamin Content - Renavit®
