    How to Prepare

    3. Add salt according to taste and dietary allowance (if permitted).
    4. Boil for 9-11 minutes, stirring regularly.
    5. Drain well and serve as desired.
    Tip: Serve with your favourite low protein sauces, stir-fries or curries. Can also be used for rice salads or as a base for rice pudding.
