Glucose syrup, calcium glycerophosphate, flavour enhancer (citric acid), choline bitartrate, magnesium acetate, calcium lactate, inositol, L-ascorbic acid, ferrous sulphate, zinc sulphate, DL-α-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, copper sulphate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, manganese sulphate, thiamin hydrochloride, retinyl acetate, potassium iodide, pteroymonoglutamic acid, chromium chloride, sodium selenite, sodium molybdate, D-biotin, phytomenadione, cyanocobalamin, cholecalciferol.

Contra-Indications
Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Review total micronutrient intake from supplemental and dietary sources to ensure recommendations are met. Not suitable for infants and children under 3 years of age due to sweeteners (Pineapple flavour only).

- The addition of flavourings to food(s) for infants below 6 months of age is not recommended.

Preparation and Directions for Usage
The recommended intake should be determined by a clinician or dietitian only, and is dependent on the age, bodyweight and medical condition of the patient. The daily intake of product should be divided into equal portions and distributed throughout the day.
Age-Based Suggested Intake
- 0 - 6 months: 10g per day
- 6 - 12 months: 15g per day
- 1 - 3 years: 15g per day
- 4 - 10 years: 25g per day
- 11 up to 18 years: 35-50g per day (if taken as the main source of micronutrients)
Note: The suggested intake may need reducing if vitamins, minerals and trace elements are provided in the diet from other sources.
Preparation Instructions
- Wash your hands, clean all utensils.
- Weigh out the required amount of Paediatric Seravit or use the scoop provided.
- For infants, add the required amount of this product to the daily formula feed. Use immediately after reconstitution.
- For children, the product can be taken as a drink or paste. If taken as a paste, water or diluted drinks should be offered at the same time.
- Once reconstituted, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours.
- Shake or stir immediately before use.
- May be flavoured with a separate flavour from the Nutricia range.

Scoop Weight: 1 level scoop provides approximately 5g of powder.
Dilution Guidelines
Suggested dilution is 1 to 5 w/v (i.e. 15g powder + 75ml water) = 510 mOsmol/kg H2O
Storage & Shelf Life
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Always replace the container lid after use. Once opened, use within one month. Shelf life: 24 months.
