It is a ready to use, high protein (11g/40ml pot, 97% of energy from protein) liquid for the dietary management of disease related malnutrition in patients with increased protein requirements. Nutrison Protein Shot is available in 6 x 40ml (240ml) cluster packs. Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition.
Ingredient List
Water, whey protein hydrolysate (from cow's milk), protein hydrolysate (from bovine gelatin), acidity regulator (citric acid), L-histidine, L-valine, anti-foaming agent (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), L-methionine.

Usage & Administration
Indications
For enteral use only. ACBS approved, prescribable on form FP10 (GP10 in Scotland) for the dietary management of disease related malnutrition for tube fed patients with increased protein requirements.
Contra-Indications
Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
Precautions
Must be used under medical supervision. Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition. For enteral tube feeding use only. Not recommended for children under 3 years of age.
Preparation and Directions for Use
Shake well before use. Use immediately once opened. Always discard unused product. Single pots are not for individual sale. Keep the cluster packaging for product information.
