Skimmed cow's milk (43%), maltodextrin, glucose syrup, vegetable oils (palmolein, sunflower oil), magnesium hydrogen phosphate, sodium L-ascorbate, flavouring (contains cow's milk), calcium carbonate, ferrous sulphate, DL-alpha-tocopherol, nicotinamide, choline chloride, zinc sulphate, L-ascorbic acid, calcium D-pantothenate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, phytomenadione, manganese sulphate, cupric sulphate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamin hydrochloride, DL-a-tocopheryl acetate, retinyl palmitate, riboflavin, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin, potassium iodide, chromium chloride, sodium molybdate, sodium selenite.

Product Description

Complan Original is a vitamin and mineral fortified drink mix with skimmed milk. It is specially developed with 26 vitamins and minerals to support nutritional needs. Vitamin C, zinc and iron contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Calcium, vitamin D and magnesium contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamins B2, B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. No artificial colours, sweeteners or preservatives. Suitable for vegetarians and gluten free. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

Usage & Preparation - Complan Original 425g

Preparation Instructions

1. Pour 200ml (1/3 pint) of warm water or milk into a glass or mug
2. Add 8 scoops or approximately 4 rounded tablespoons of Complan powder (55g)
3. Mix to a smooth cream with a whisk or fork
4. Top up with remaining water or milk, stirring continuously

Dosage Recommendations

• Suggested intake for adults: 1-2 servings per day
• Children, people with diabetes and pregnant women should consult their dietician or doctor before including as part of their diet
• Can be consumed hot or cold
• Can be used to fortify favourite foods or drinks by stirring directly into food or drink
• Do not add to boiling food or drinks

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once prepared, consume within 2 hours or refrigerate for a maximum of 24 hours. Always discard unfinished feeds. 425g tub contains approximately 7-8 servings.
