Fresubin® Thickened Level 3 is a high calorie (1.5 kcal/ml), high protein (27% energy) thickened oral nutritional supplement with fibre, specifically designed for the dietary management of patients with or at risk of disease-related malnutrition, in particular with dysphagia and/or increased protein and energy needs.
The formula is thickened to IDDSI Level 3 (Moderately Thick), making it particularly suitable for patients with swallowing difficulties (dysphagia) who require texture-modified foods and fluids. The moderately thick consistency helps reduce the risk of aspiration while providing complete nutrition in an easy-to-consume format.
Each 200ml bottle provides 300 kcal and 20g of high-quality milk protein, supporting both energy and protein requirements. The formula contains 1.66g of fibre per 200ml to support digestive health. It is clinically lactose free (≤0.2g per 200ml) and gluten free, making it suitable for patients with lactose intolerance or coeliac disease.
Available in Vanilla flavour in convenient ready-to-drink 200ml bottles, supplied in a 4-pack format. The product requires no preparation - simply shake gently before use and drink slowly. Best served at room temperature for optimal consistency and taste.
Important: Not suitable as sole source of nutrition. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Use with caution in children under 6 years. Not suitable in case of galactosaemia. For enteral use only. Must only be used under medical supervision.

Dosage
Dosage should be calculated by a clinician or dietitian according to individual requirements.
Recommendation for supplementary nutrition: 2-3 bottles (600-900 kcal)/day
Drink slowly. Best served at room temperature.
