Preparation Guidelines
- Empty the contents of the sachet into a beaker
- Add cold water to make the final volume to 100ml
- Secure the lid and shake until the powder is dissolved
- Water or permitted drinks should be taken after EAA supplement
The product should be freshly prepared and consumed immediately. If this is not possible then all prepared product must be tightly covered and consumed within 4 hours if kept at room temperature, or within 24 hours if refrigerated. Shake product before use.
