How to Prepare

  1. Boil 1 litre (1¾ pints / 1 quart) of water in a large pan.
  2. Add one serving of dry pasta (75g).
  3. Optional: Add 1 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon salt, if allowed.
  4. Boil for approximately 8-10 minutes, or until just softened, stirring occasionally.
  5. Drain and rinse with hot or cold water.
  6. Serve with your favourite low protein sauce.
