Important: This policy applies to all purchases made through nutri-sip.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email to sales@nutri-sip.com or by calling 01623 572757.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Return
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are exempt from return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations:
- Opened products: Nutritional supplements, drinks, and healthcare products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
- Perishable goods: Products with a limited shelf life or that require specific storage conditions, where the expiry date has passed or will pass before return processing
- Sealed healthcare products: Items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery
- Products mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
These exclusions are in accordance with Regulation 28(3) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
3. Conditions for Eligible Returns
For items that are eligible for return, the following conditions must be met:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging
- Products must be in a resalable condition — no damage to packaging, labels, or seals
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or order number)
- Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if the product is returned in a diminished condition as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged/faulty item(s) and outer packaging
- A description of the issue
We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent items. We may request that the damaged goods be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.
Note: Claims for damaged goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery. We cannot accept damage claims after this period unless the damage was not reasonably discoverable upon delivery.
5. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for the return
- Wait for return authorisation and instructions from our team
- Package the item(s) securely in original packaging
- Ship to the address provided using a tracked delivery service
Do not return items without prior authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be refused or delayed.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit
- Faulty/damaged/incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost or arrange collection
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the entire order is faulty or incorrect.
7. Refund Process & Timelines
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s):
- We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 working days of receiving the return
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time (up to 10 working days) to credit your account
- We do not offer refunds by alternative payment methods (e.g. we cannot refund to a different card or by bank transfer)
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the returns process outlined above.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately at sales@nutri-sip.com. Orders placed before 11:45 AM are typically dispatched the same day, so early contact is essential.
9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or card statement again
- Contact your credit card company or bank — processing times vary
- If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at sales@nutri-sip.com
11. Abuse of Returns Policy
We reserve the right to refuse returns, restrict future purchases, or close accounts where we identify patterns of returns abuse, including but not limited to: excessive returns, returning used or consumed products, or fraudulent claims. We monitor return activity and may take action in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
