Product Description

Frebini Energy Tube Feed is a 1.5 kcal/ml high energy enteral nutrition formula for special medical purposes. This nutritionally complete tube feed is designed for the dietary management of disease-related malnutrition in patients with increased energy needs.

The formula contains fibre (including prebiotic fibre inulin) to support digestive health, making it particularly suitable for patients requiring long-term tube feeding. With 15% of energy from protein and enriched with fish oil (EPA and DHA), it provides comprehensive nutritional support.

Frebini Energy Tube Feed is lactose free and gluten free, making it suitable for patients with lactose intolerance or coeliac disease. The formula is nutritionally complete and suitable as a sole source of nutrition.

Presented in convenient 500ml EasyBag format with a 15-bag case size, the product is ready to use and requires no preparation - simply shake well before use. Can be administered via feeding tube at room temperature.

Important: For enteral use only. Not suitable for parenteral use. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Use with caution in children under 6 years. Not suitable in case of galactosaemia.

Dosage

• Complete nutrition: As a guide: 1500ml/day (2250kcal/day) which meets the average adult recommended daily requirements for energy, protein, vitamins, minerals and trace elements
• Supplementary nutrition: To be determined by a healthcare professional according to the patient's needs
• Note: Suitable as sole source of nutrition

Directions for Use

• Shake well before use
• For enteral use only via feeding tube
• Store at room temperature
• Once opened use within 24 hours
• Monitor feeding rate and adjust as needed
• Do not mix with other feeds
