Product Description
Fresubin 1500 Complete is an unflavoured liquid consisting of protein (milk and soya), fat (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil and fish oil), carbohydrate (maltodextrin), fibre (inulin, wheat dextrin and cellulose), vitamins, minerals and trace-elements.
This nutritionally complete, 1 kcal/ml tube feed with fibre contains 15% energy from protein, making it suitable for patients with or at risk of disease-related malnutrition. The fish oil provides EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids.
Fresubin 1500 Complete is ready to use and presented in a 1500ml EasyBag. Also available as Fresubin Original Fibre in 500ml and 1000ml packs.
Usage & Administration
Indications for Use
For the dietary management of patients with or at risk of disease-related malnutrition.
Dosage
To be determined by a healthcare professional according to the patients' needs. As a guide:
Recommendation for complete nutrition: ≥1500ml (1500 kcal)/day which meets the average adult recommended daily requirements** for vitamins, minerals and trace-elements.
