Product Description
Fresubin Thickened Level 2 is a high calorie (1.5kcal/ml), high protein (27% energy) thickened (Level 2*) oral nutritional supplement with fibre. Lactose and gluten free.
This specialized formula is designed for patients with dysphagia who require thickened fluids at IDDSI Level 2 consistency. The product provides high energy and protein nutrition in a ready-to-drink format that requires no mixing or preparation.
The formula contains fibre (0.83g per 100ml) to support digestive health, and is clinically lactose free and gluten free. It is suitable for use under medical supervision for patients with disease-related malnutrition who also have dysphagia.
Available in vanilla and wild strawberry flavours in convenient 200ml bottles. The product should be shaken gently before use and is best served at room temperature. Once opened, can be stored for up to 24 hours in a refrigerator.

Indications for Use
For the dietary management of patients with or at risk of disease-related malnutrition and in particular with dysphagia and/or increased protein and energy needs.
Dosage
Dosage should be calculated by a clinician or dietitian according to individual requirements.
Recommendation for supplementary nutrition: 2-3 bottles (600-900kcal/day)

- Drink slowly. Best served at room temperature

- Store in a cool place, do not store above 25°C
