Product Description: MMA/PA Anamix Junior is a Food for Special Medical Purposes for use under medical supervision. For the dietary management of proven Methylmalonic or Propionic Acidaemia (MMA/PA) for children aged 1-10 years. A methionine-free, threonine-free, valine-free, low isoleucine powder drink mix containing a balanced mixture of essential and non-essential amino acids, carbohydrate, fat (including docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)), vitamins, minerals, trace elements and fibre.

Usage Instructions

Preparation Instructions
Recommended Dilution: 1 sachet (18g) of MMA/PA Anamix Junior made up with 50ml of water to a final volume of approximately 63ml.
- Pour the required volume of cold water into a container
- Add the prescribed quantity of MMA/PA Anamix Junior
- Cover and shake until the powder has dissolved
- Water or additional fluid should be offered at the same time to ensure adequate fluid intake
- Best served chilled
Note: The dosage should be determined by a clinician or dietitian only, and is dependent on the age, body weight and medical condition of the patient.
Storage Instructions
- Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight
- Once reconstituted, store in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours
- Shelf life: 18 months (unopened)
