Product Description: SMA Gold Prem® 2 Liquid is a ready-to-feed, nutritionally complete post-discharge formula specially designed for the dietary management of preterm low birthweight babies who are not solely fed breast milk when discharged from hospital. This liquid formula contains 100% whey partially hydrolysed protein and is convenient for immediate use. SMA Gold Prem® 2 Liquid should only be used following recommendation by a healthcare professional.

• Feed immediately after opening. For hygiene reasons, discard unfinished feed as soon as possible, and always within the hour.
• After use discard bottle, teat and remaining contents.
• Do not freeze.
• Check best before date.
